Common sense and decency
The below notwithstanding, we expect all users and visitors to use common sense and treat others with basic human decency. By staying on the site or interacting with it, you undertake a commitment to these principles.
No crime, bullying, or spam
You must not use this site for the purposes of breaking the law (both in your country and the UK, where we are based). You may not post any content that breaks the law or encourages others to do so.
This site may not be used for bullying, spamming, or promoting illegal activities. If you cannot be nice and are unwilling to engage in mutual support, this site is not for you.
We define spam as anything widely off topic, for products that are not obviously helpful, for irrelevant content, self-promotion beyond community norms, links to unrelated sites, content or services of a purely commercial nature, adult content, and/or illegal content.
Self-harm
Use of this site is subject to the condition that you will not encourage others to harm themselves in any way. Please report any threats of self-harm to the moderators so we can reach out and help our fellow self-healer who is struggling.
No adult content
Please refrain from posting content of a sexual or mature nature. As a guide, the things you share should be something you would be comfortable being read by all of your family members and the people next door. In other words, please keep things to a PG-ish level unless absolutely necessary.
We are not doctors or health experts
No one here and no content offered on the site should be deemed or taken as professional advice. We are a community of self-healers walking the path to better health together. No one should make claims otherwise without substantial evidence and written permission.
We reserve the right to remove content
While we hope to never have to, we reserve the right to remove content for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms of service. No further discussion will be entered into.
Changes and variation
We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice.
