Dream, mood, and pain logging

The next step on this project is to enable users to log pain, mood, dreams, stiffness, and other health factors. Keeping a log of things can help track progress and get some perspective on how things are going.

I have defined these content types with taxonomies and custom data forms. I need to do a bit of coding to get things working fully.
